The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM on servers in Germany. Hosting logs (IP address, time, the requested file) are processed so the site can be delivered and defended against misuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Enquiry forms store the fields you submit so the practice can answer. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Records stay until the conversation is finished and any statutory retention has run.

The B⁴ Scan stores your email, your answers and the estimate. That is performance data about you and is treated as health-related data. The separate health data notice is the one that applies. Consent, Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR, is collected before the result is shown.

The Journal list stores an email address only if you submit it. You can ask for it to be deleted at the address above. Legal basis: consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

The site does not run an advertising tracker. A session cookie remembers a scan step or a form token. The cookie notice in the browser remembers that you closed it, and that memory stays on your device.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, and a copy of your data, and you can complain to the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz.
