The B⁴ Scan asks about attention, appearance, movement and energy. Even though it is a performance measurement and not a medical examination, the answers can describe your health. They are handled under Art. 9 GDPR.

What is stored: who the scan was for, the twelve answers, the four pillar scores, which pillar is carrying you, and which pillar is limiting you. Your email is stored only if you ask for the profile to be sent. What is not stored by the public scan: a Peak Hours number, an R.E.O.B. stage, a diagnosis, a disease prediction, or a clinical flag.

The B⁴ Scan is a self-assessment, not a medical diagnosis.

The result is shown before any email is asked. Leaving an email is optional. You can ask for a stored row to be deleted by writing to kontakt@b4neuroperformance.com. Access to the stored rows inside this site is limited to a password-protected admin page.

If a company uses the B⁴ Business Scan, the company receives an anonymised aggregate. Individual answers are not the company’s record. That promise has to be kept in how a team project is run, not only in this paragraph.
