B⁴ Assessment
Three ways to go deeper.
The scan gives you the first number. The assessment is a longer look with the practice, and it turns that number into a plan. You choose how much time to spend. Each option looks at four parts of your day: how you think, how you look and recover, how you move, and how your energy holds. Each one ends with a clear place to start.
1.5 Hours
Essential
A close look at where your day is losing hours you could have used. This can happen at the B⁴ Institute in Neustadt, or away from the institute in a setting arranged for you.
3 Hours
Advanced
More time to see what stays strong through the day, what fades, and what to change first. This takes place at the B⁴ Institute in Neustadt.
5 Hours
Complete
The full picture, with enough time to turn it into a plan for an ordinary week. This takes place at the B⁴ Institute in Neustadt.
60 minutes
A call with Dr. KAF.
After the assessment, you spend one hour with Dr. KAF, the neurosurgeon who leads the practice. You go through what the assessment showed, and what to do with it in a normal week.

Treatments.
The assessment sets what comes next, and in what order. First we restore what is slipping. Then we raise how much of the day you can use. Then we make that steady enough to repeat. Then we protect it over the years. That order is the R.E.O.B. Journey: Restore, Elevate, Optimize, Beyond.

By request
Peak Circle.
Peak Circle is a private way to keep going, for people who are already working with the practice. You can submit a request for this, and we will let you know if it is the right next step for you.

B⁴ Digital.
B⁴ Digital is our mobile app and a library of courses available to clients as part of our program. For the days you are not at the institute, the sessions are short enough to finish. They stay with the same four parts of the day: how you think, how you look and recover, how you move, and how your energy holds.
